Party A and Party B have fulfilled the marriage registration procedure on , and are willing to build the family and grow old together. But, for the preventing of prenuptial property dispute after then, NOW, THEREFORE, both parties hereby voluntarily agree as follows on the prenuptial property , which should be abide by both parties:
Section 1 scope of prenuptial property:
1. Party A’s property includes: ;
2. Party B's property includes: ;
3. In order to build the family, the parties have purchased together.
Section 2 ownership of prenuptial property:
1. Party A’s property should be owned by Party A individually and Party A and Party B can use together; Party A’s other property should be regard as jointly possessed property of Party A and Party B.
2. Party A’s property should be owned by Party A individually.
3. the property which purchased by the parties together in order to build the family should be regard as jointly possessed property of Party A and Party B.
Section 3 both parties don’t have other property dispute.
Section 4 this agreement is effective as after the notarization of the notarization institution. Party A:
